CLINICAL RESOURCE NETWORK	Client: Major International Financial Services Firm Business: Power Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Institutional Fixed Income SPTP Consultants Responsibility: Infrastructure Designed disaster recovery systems, installed ASE and Replication Servers and set up Warm Standby configurations for the Power Derivatives Desk. Created and stored procedures, rep-defs and subscriptions, load scripts, data warehouse designs and memory cache strategies During a conversion of a trading system from Access to Oracle, responsible for creating procedures and views and designing the data architecture and load scripts for a new Cognos reporting system that: Replaced the Microsoft Access reporting system running under NT with Cognos on Sybase < Created a new schema design that combined feeds from Oracle and Access databases into a single set of tables Normalized data to greatly improve reporting for the company?s risk exposure Successfully migrated an application (a prototype for evaluating proprietary yield cure data) from MS SQL to Sybase. Developed feeds so that the data could be published to institutional clients via a web server CSP consultants brought deep domain-expertise within financial services to the Documentum projects.
