Manage, report, track and escalate all milestones, risks, tasks, issues and concerns involving responsible PMO stream of projects supporting MBS and ABS business. Performed Business Analysis on PMO initiatives needed for MBS, ABS and Mortgage IT infrastructure. Performed Systems/GAP Analyst and compiled functional specification as needed in conjunction with Development Manager for Fixed income Business (MBS and ABS). Managed risks, resources, milestones, issues and progress of all full life-cycle Projects. Created Master Test Plan and managed all phases of the testing life-cycle. Conducted daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly status meetings. Managed all project expectations for Fixed Income Business lines managed, updated and maintained all PMO management reporting.
