Development / Enhancements
SPTP provides our clients with pre-project planning support to review strategic objectives, architectural options and potential approaches to their implementation. We engage them in discussions around business scenarios and risk associated with their application development or enhancement project. We also assure alignment on service level agreements for performance standards and metrics. Once completed, a detailed design is customized for the client based upon their operating model and business requirements. The results of that effort are put into action through a combination of technical and functional resources that assure the proper configuration and coding takes place to meet those requirements. Our experts then perform the final unit and stress testing prior to going into the production phase. QA standards and documentation are provided to the client’s level of need. Once the implementation is complete, the client is provided ample knowledge transfer, if required.
Maintenance
SPTP can either take over maintenance on a legacy system in place or one that we have implemented for the client. We offer experienced resources and an array of services to assure that we meet or exceed our client’s business needs. When designing the Service Level Agreements (SLA), we act as strategic partners and are prepared to manage the assignment in a collaborative fashion.
