Infrastructure, Business Process and Packages (ERP/ECM). These practice areas
have diversified resource offerings, with the ability to provide time and
materials based consulting and fixed price solutions as well as retained and
contingency search. Within these practice areas, we maintain highly experienced consultants that have in-depth domain knowledge as well as technical proficiencies and capabilities. Our Practice Managers provide specialized technical expertise to assist our staff as well as our clients. Acting as a liaison, they help define client needs; assess candidate or consultant proficiency, suitability and fit; and perform technical screening. Our senior staff members are chosen for their deep industry vision and delivery capabilities. Our unique methodology allows us to develop deep pipelines to not only quickly mine our highly developed network and database resources but also to continually uncover passive candidates, saving valuable client time and maintaining our low interview to placement ratio. |
