Locations include New York City; Edison NJ; Austin and Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Andover, MA; San Diego and Santa Clara, CA; Minneapolis, MN; Duluth, GA; and Denver, CO. Client needed the flexibility to manipulate head-count based upon relocation and consolidation of offices, as well as sales of business lines. Solution Offered an on-demand concept for the solution to client’s needs. Over a 24 month period, SPTP provided infrastructure resources that gave them the flexibility it needed to restructure and consolidate its offices. Client Benefit Client was able to manipulate headcount as needed without incurring the cost of relocation of employees and/or the termination of employees.
